Manager / Senior Manager - Human Resources Dept

About the job

Our Client is a Chinese bank in Hong Kong. It is now inviting high caliber professionals to join their Banking Group

Responsibilities

- Handle full set HR duties e.g. Recruitment, Compensation & benefits and Performance management ... etc. 

- Manage Payroll arrangment, MPF contribution and tax return for the empolyees

- Coordinate interview schedule, assist new employee onboarding and background checking.

- Review and execute all benefits programs including MPF, insurance benefits and leave report management

- Manage HR information system

- Organize staff relations activities and other corporate social responsibilities functions

- Assist and arrange other HR projects and initiatives

- Support HR administration clerical work including data processing and filing

Requirements

- University degree

- Minimum 3 years experience in HR management preferably in bank/financial institutions

- Familiar with HR Flex System is a plus 

- Well versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance and related regulatory requirements

- Detailed-minded with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong in MS office applications

- Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Fluent in Mandarin is prefer)
