Our Bank Client (International Bank) in HK is hiring Credit Analyst Manager (Senior Manager)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate credit applications submitted by business unit. Obtain relevant information to perform credit analysis which is to be submitted for Department Head and Loan Committee
- Ensure all credit application is comply with Bank's policy and regulations
- Validate the accuracy of financial spreading in Bualuang metrics prepared by business unit
- Conduct Credit Risk Rating (CRR) and review Facility Risk Rating (FRR) given by the business unit
- Access business unit for client visiting in case of need
- Validate the compliance of financial covenants against borrowers' financial statement and report any non-compliance to Department Head
- DDC for local buyers/sellers of the credit customers
- Handle industries analysis and portfolio analysis
- Assist Department Head in training and management work
- Assist Credit Manager in formulating credit risk policy to optimise risk exposure of the bank
- Lead & guide the junior staff
- Reports preparation
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assign by Department Head
Requirements
- University graduate preferably in Finance and Accounting
- More than 10 year of credit risk analysis experience, at least 5 years at supervisory level
- Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) on Credit Risk Management (CRM) qualification is preferred
- Excellent financial and cash flow analysis skills
- Good analytical, problem-solving and analysis report-writing skills
- Strong knowledge of key credit risk indicators and economic factors impacting credit quality
