About the job
Our Client is an International Bank in Hong Kong. It is now inviting high caliber professionals to join their Banking Group
Responsibilities
* Guide and leading branch staffs to achieve business management goals
* Responsible for the operation activities including account opening and maintenance, conduct KYC, remittance, cash management ... etc.
* Ability on resolution of complex problems and transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against process policies and guidelines
* Deliver professional after-sales services for dedicated high net-worth customer
* Supervise branch staffs, including jobs allocation, performance evaluation, staff coaching ... etc.
* Ensure all transactions are comply with Bank's policies and regulatory requirements
* Support ad hoc assignment as and when required
Requirements
* Degree holder or above in Business Administration or a related discipline
* At least 8 years of solid experience in banking industry, of which 5 years experience relating to account opening and maintenance, conduct KYC, remittance and cash management
* Experience in management role or multi banking operations functions is an advantage
* Good in leading operational processes or team management
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with service mind
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills
* Good command of both English and Chinese
