Daily operation and management of account opening / onboarding
Responsibilities
Oversee and responsbile for daily operation and management of account opening / onboarding;
Coordinate with RM and customers in dealing with CDD, AML, KYC issues;
Engage in system enhancement and development projects, provide user requirement and participate in the UAT;
Draft and update the operation procedure and policy;
Requirements
:
University graduate mins 4 years’ or above relevant experience in banking industry;
Good command of account onboarding’s requirement and procedures;
Familiar with FATCA, CRS, DPS and their rules and operations;
Good command of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English;
